Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated October 2026. These terms govern participation in the 6rsh Affiliate Program, operated by Aldadah Future Trading, Dubai, UAE (Trade Licence No. 1642843).

1. Commission

You earn a flat 20% commission on the amount each referred customer actually pays on each Stripe invoice (after discounts and proration, excluding tax), on any plan, monthly or yearly, for as long as they keep paying. No tiers, no caps, no expiry. If the customer stops paying, commissions stop.

2. Attribution

• A referral is recorded when a new customer signs up after clicking your link (a 60-day, last-click cookie).
• Attribution is locked permanently at the customer's registration and never changes afterwards.
• Customers who already had a 6rsh account before clicking your link are not attributed.
• If a referred customer cancels and later resubscribes, they remain attributed to you.

3. Coupon codes

• You may hold up to 3 active codes. Archiving frees a slot, but the name stays reserved forever.
• Your customers get 10% off for their first 3 months; your 20% commission is calculated on the discounted amount they pay.
• Codes are first-purchase only and cannot be used by existing paying customers.
• Code names must be distinctive to you: generic words (SAVE, WELCOME, FREE…), brand and competitor names, and profanity are rejected — including leetspeak and near-miss spellings.
• If a customer already attributed to another affiliate redeems your code, that attribution stands and the original affiliate is paid — only the discount applies. Two people are never paid for the same customer.
• If your affiliate account is suspended or rejected, all your codes are deactivated immediately.

4. Hold period & payouts

• Each commission is pending for 30 days after the invoice is paid, then becomes approved.
• Only approved commissions are payable.
• Payouts are made manually by us via PayPal, monthly, once your approved balance reaches $50. Balances below $50 roll over.
• You must provide a valid PayPal email and payout name. We are not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect address you provided.

5. Refunds, chargebacks & adjustments

• If a referred customer receives a refund, a proportional reversal is deducted from your balance.
• A chargeback or payment dispute reverses the related commission in full.
• Reversals may take your balance temporarily negative; the negative amount rolls forward against future commissions.
• We may apply manual adjustments (positive or negative) with a stated reason.

6. Self-referral & fraud

• You may not refer yourself or your own accounts, or sign up using your affiliate or PayPal email or your own device/network. Such attributions are blocked.
• No brand bidding: no paid search ads on "6rsh" or confusingly similar terms.
• No spam, no misleading claims, no incentivised or coupon-site traffic without written permission.
• We may withhold or reverse commissions, and suspend or terminate your participation, for any suspected fraud or breach.

7. Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. On suspension or rejection you stop accruing new commissions from that moment; existing pending and approved commissions remain payable at our discretion. We may change or end the program, or these terms, with notice on this page.
