Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions and billing

6rsh is sold as a recurring subscription, billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and, where applicable, include UAE VAT.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel at any time from Billing → Manage payment method inside your account, with no cancellation fee and no need to contact us.

Cancellation stops the next renewal only.
Your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not cut off access on the day you cancel.
At the end of that period the account moves to the Free plan.

3. Refunds

Because access continues for the full period you paid for, we do not issue partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time after a cancellation or a mid-cycle downgrade.

We will refund in full where:

you were charged in error, or charged twice for the same period;
a technical fault on our side made the service substantially unusable for the period in question and we could not resolve it; or
the law of your country grants you a refund right.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, your account keeps full access for a 3-day grace period while we retry and notify you. If payment still has not succeeded at the end of that window, the account moves to the Free plan.

No data is deleted. Contacts, conversations, campaigns, channels and your AI agent are all retained; extra channels are paused and older contacts are hidden from view. Everything is restored automatically the moment a payment succeeds.

5. How to request a refund

Email billing@6rsh.com from the address on your account, with the invoice number and a short description. We aim to respond within one business day.

١. الاشتراكات والفوترة

يُباع 6rsh كاشتراك متجدد، تتم فوترته شهريًا أو سنويًا مقدمًا. تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا في نهاية كل دورة فوترة حتى يتم إلغاؤها. تُعرض الأسعار بالعملة الظاهرة عند الدفع، وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة في الإمارات عند انطباقها.

٢. إلغاء الاشتراك

يمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت من الفوترة ← إدارة طريقة الدفع داخل حسابك، دون أي رسوم إلغاء ودون الحاجة إلى التواصل معنا.

الإلغاء يوقف التجديد التالي فقط.
يستمر وصولك المدفوع حتى نهاية الفترة التي دفعت مقابلها بالفعل. لا نوقف الوصول في يوم الإلغاء.
في نهاية تلك الفترة ينتقل الحساب إلى الخطة المجانية.

٣. الاسترداد

نظرًا لاستمرار الوصول طوال الفترة المدفوعة بالكامل، لا نصدر مبالغ مستردة جزئية أو تناسبية عن المدة غير المستخدمة بعد الإلغاء أو التخفيض في منتصف الدورة.

نقوم بالاسترداد الكامل في الحالات التالية:

إذا تم خصم مبلغ عن طريق الخطأ، أو تم الخصم مرتين عن الفترة نفسها؛
إذا تسبب خلل تقني من جانبنا في تعذّر استخدام الخدمة بشكل جوهري خلال الفترة المعنية ولم نتمكن من معالجته؛ أو
إذا منحك قانون بلدك حق الاسترداد.

تُعاد المبالغ المعتمدة إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية، عادةً خلال ٥–١٠ أيام عمل حسب البنك.

٤. تعذّر الدفع

إذا تعذّر دفع رسوم التجديد، يحتفظ حسابك بالوصول الكامل لمدة ٣ أيام سماح أثناء إعادة المحاولة وإشعارك. وإذا لم تنجح عملية الدفع بنهاية تلك المدة، ينتقل الحساب إلى الخطة المجانية.

لا يتم حذف أي بيانات. يتم الاحتفاظ بجهات الاتصال والمحادثات والحملات والقنوات والوكيل الذكي؛ تُوقف القنوات الإضافية مؤقتًا وتُخفى جهات الاتصال الأقدم من العرض. ويُستعاد كل شيء تلقائيًا بمجرد نجاح الدفع.

٥. كيفية طلب الاسترداد

راسلنا على billing@6rsh.com من البريد المسجّل في حسابك، مع رقم الفاتورة ووصف مختصر. نهدف إلى الرد خلال يوم عمل واحد.
