2. Data We Collect

We collect the following information when you register and use 6rsh:

Account information: first name, last name, email address, password (hashed)
Business information: business name, country, website URL
WhatsApp number for account support and notifications
WhatsApp Business credentials (Phone Number ID, WABA ID, access tokens — AES-256 encrypted)
Contacts you import (name, phone number, email, tags)
Messages sent through the platform (to number, template name, status, timestamps)
Usage data: campaigns, templates, automations you create
Technical data: IP addresses, browser type, device info (for security)

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve the 6rsh platform
To send WhatsApp messages on your behalf via Meta's Cloud API
To process payments and manage subscriptions
To send platform updates and support communications
To detect fraud and ensure security
To comply with legal obligations

4. WhatsApp Credentials Security

Your WhatsApp access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We never share your tokens with third parties. Tokens are used exclusively to send messages on your behalf through Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Meta Platforms Inc. — To send WhatsApp messages via the official API
Cloud infrastructure providers — For hosting (encrypted at rest)
Payment processors — For billing (we do not store card details)
Legal authorities — When required by law

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, delete your account and all data, export your contacts, and withdraw consent. Contact us at privacy@6rsh.com.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is deleted within 30 days. Message logs are retained for 90 days for compliance purposes.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication sessions. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
