Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a 6rsh account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and operate a legitimate business to use 6rsh. A live business website is required per Meta's WhatsApp API policies. You must not use 6rsh for spam, phishing, or illegal activities.

3. Permitted Use

6rsh may only be used to send WhatsApp messages to people who have opted in to receive them. You must comply with:

Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy
All applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, UAE Telecom Law)
The telephone consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use 6rsh to:

Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
Promote illegal goods, services, or activities
Harass, threaten, or abuse individuals
Scrape or resell other users' data
Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the platform
Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits

5. Your WhatsApp Account

You are responsible for the security of your WhatsApp Business credentials and for all messages sent through your account. 6rsh is not responsible for WhatsApp account bans resulting from policy violations on your end.

6. Free Plan Limits

The free plan includes 500 contacts, 4 campaigns/month, and access to Shopify & WooCommerce integrations. Limits reset on the first of each calendar month. Transactional messages are always unlimited.

7. Payment & Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly. Every paid plan comes with a 3-day money-back guarantee on its first payment: email us within 3 days (72 hours) of that payment for a full refund. First payments made before 5 October 2026 keep the 7-day refund window that applied when they were made. Recurring charges are non-refundable after use. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the billing period.

8. Service Availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. We are not liable for downtime caused by Meta's API, third-party infrastructure, or force majeure events.

9. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the free plan, or engage in spam without notice. Suspended users may contact support@6rsh.com to appeal.

10. Limitation of Liability

6rsh's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the past 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or data loss.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified by email 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

13. Refunds and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Full terms, including when we do and do not issue refunds, are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Contracting entity

6rsh is operated by Aldadah Future Trading (Dubai, UAE), Trade Licence No. 1642843. This is the entity you contract with, the entity that appears on your invoices, and the entity that appears on your card statement.
