By creating a 6rsh account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be 18 or older and operate a legitimate business to use 6rsh. A live business website is required per Meta's WhatsApp API policies. You must not use 6rsh for spam, phishing, or illegal activities.
6rsh may only be used to send WhatsApp messages to people who have opted in to receive them. You must comply with:

You are responsible for the security of your WhatsApp Business credentials and for all messages sent through your account. 6rsh is not responsible for WhatsApp account bans resulting from policy violations on your end.
The free plan includes 500 contacts, 4 campaigns/month, and access to Shopify & WooCommerce integrations. Limits reset on the first of each calendar month. Transactional messages are always unlimited.
Paid plans are billed monthly. We offer a 7-day refund policy for first-time payments. Recurring charges are non-refundable after use. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the billing period.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime. We are not liable for downtime caused by Meta's API, third-party infrastructure, or force majeure events.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the free plan, or engage in spam without notice. Suspended users may contact support@6rsh.com to appeal.
6rsh's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the past 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or data loss.
We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified by email 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
